We're committed to reducing waste, and our ecological impact. By returning your empty amber skincare jars you're helping us to close the loop and create a circular system, minimising the need for package production, and waste.
We will sterilise and refill returned jars, just as we do in our normal production processes, offering the same high quality, slow beauty skincare products.
Here's how you can contribute:
- Collect five or more of The Urban Cottage's empty amber jars.
- Wash in warm soapy water, soak off labels, and rinse.
- Email us for a return postage label. We'll email it to you and you can present it to any participating Australia Post Office to be printed free.
- Carefully pack jars to ensure safe travels (amber jars that are chipped, cracked, or broken cannot be used and therefore will not be included), and include your name in the parcel.
- Once we process your eligible return you will receive a $10 gift voucher redeemable on our website.
