We recently released Botanical Cocktail Kits, which are a wonderful opportunity to use our tea blends in new and exciting ways, and an opportunity for The Urban Cottage to collaborate with a fellow female led business, Botanikos, based in Melbourne, hand making botanically infused simple syrups to elevate your drink making experience.

This is one of the recipes you'll find in the Soothsayer kit.

Serves two - the reader and the querent.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED//
1 cup (250ml) Soothsayer tea
60ml simple syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice

MAKING YOUR MOCKTAIL//

Brew one teaspoon of tea per cup in infuser, teapot or plunger. Pour over 80°C filtered water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain, then let cool (pop in freezer to get it extra cold).
Best served in silver cups to keep your beverages icy cold.
Press the mint leaves into your cups to release their aromatics.
Add Soothsayer, syrup, and crushed ice. Stir to combine.
Garnish with fresh young mint leaf tips.
