MOCKTAIL
ELIXIR OF SPRING
We recently released Botanical Cocktail Kits, which are a wonderful opportunity to use our tea blends in new and exciting ways, and an opportunity for The Urban Cottage to collaborate with a fellow female led business, Botanikos, based in Melbourne, hand making botanically infused simple syrups to elevate your drink making experience.
This is one of the recipes you'll find in the Source kit.
Source loose-leaf tea is a perfectly balanced blend of sweet, floral, tart, and citrus flavours. With uniquely Australian tastes of Gulbarn, our native lemongrass Maarr, and the crowd favourite lemon myrtle, blended with pink rose petals and hibiscus to brew a delectably pink hue, this tea blend is a wonderful choice for infusing complexity and excitement throughout your drink's recipe index.
This mocktail combines the aforementioned flavours with elderflower and thyme for a quintessentially Springtime inspired beverage. If one believed in faeries, one could almost imagine the wee folk serving up a concoction such as this for their festivities.
